Day 1: ARRIVAL - KATHMANDU

Departure by scheduled flight. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, meet with our representative who will receive you and take you to the Hotel Prescelto. Overnight at hotel.   

Day 2: KATHMANDU

After breakfast, tour of the city: the Swayambhunath Stupa on the hill, the Durbar square with its temples and the house of the "child goddess". Time available to go for a walk in the rich market. In the afternoon, visit of Patan, the ancient capital of the kingdom. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: KATHMANDU

After breakfast excursion to the medieval town of Bhadgaon, to the gigantic Bodhnath stupa and to Pashupatinath, the Varanasi of Nepal. Afternoon available for optional excursions or shopping. Overnight.

Day 4: KATHMANDU - POKHARA

Departure in the morning to the valley of Pokhara, located at an altitude of 900 meters. In an ever more exciting natural landscape. Arrival after about six hours of travel. Hotel accommodation. In the afternoon, a short visit to the locality, once a famous haunt of Hippies and a boat trip on Lake Phewa. Overnight at hotel.

Day 5: POKHARA - CHITWAN

At dawn, you can go to a vantage point outside Pokhara to admire the peaks of the Annapurna range and the Fish Tail (Machapuchare). Following, transfer to Chitwan National Park. At sunset, the first safari in the Park on the jeep or elephant. Overnight at hotel.

Day 6: CHITWAN - KATHMANDU

Tour at dawn, when the animals go to drink and the tigers to rest after night hunting, second safari in the Park. In the afternoon, return to Kathmandu. Arrival and accommodation at the hotel. Overnight.

Day 7: KATHMANDU - NAGARKOT

After breakfast, excursion to the medieval city of Bhadgaon (Bhaktapur). In the afternoon, transfer to Nagarkot, a mountain village north of Kathmandu from where you can watch the sunset over the Himalayas. Overnight at hotel.

Day 8: NAGARKOT - KATHMANDU

If the weather is clear, there is the possibility of seeing a magical sunrise on the highest peaks in the world. Morning at leisure for a little trekking through the Nepalese villages populated by colorful ethnic minorities. In the afternoon, transfer to Kathmandu. Along the way, stop for a visit to the delightful village of Changunarayan. Time available for shopping or optional visits. Overnight at hotel.

Day 9: KATHMANDU - DEPARTURE

Morning at leisure for the optional excursion by plane on the peaks of the Himalayas and see several 8000 meters (possible only in good weather). In the afternoon, excursion to the Buddhanilkanta temple. In the evening, transfer to the airport. Night flight home.
